I Understand That I Am Responsible For All Necessary Personal Injury, Death, And Liability Insurances, And Am Responsible For Any Damage Caused By My Actions And My Personal Property Used During My Work On The Production.

River Ruler Entertainment Agrees To Use Of Reasonable Care To Prevent Damage To This Property And To Remove Any And All Materials Placed On The Property In Connection With This Production. The Property Will Be Restored As Nearly As Possible To Its Original Condition, And Except Ordinary Wear And Tear.

Liability

During The Photographing And Recording On This Property, River Ruler Entertainment Agrees To Indemnify And Hold The Property Owner Harmless From Any Claims And Demands Of Any Members Of The Cast Or Crew Of The Production Arising From Personal Injuries While Working On This Property.

Authority To Enter Agreement

I Hereby State That I Have The Full Right And Authority To Enter Into This Agreement Concerning The Property Described Above And That The Permission Of No Other Person, Company Or Organization Is Necessary  In Order For River Ruler Entertainment To Enjoy Full Rights To Use This Property. I Also Indemnify And Hold Harmless River Ruler Entertainment From All Losses, Costs, Liability, Damages, Or Other Claims That Arise Out Of Any False Statements Or Representations Made By Me In This Agreement.
